Design and Implementation
As a new AMS customer, you are assigned an experienced AMS Support Representative. He or she helps plan the project and is the focal point of all communications between you and AMS. Using our Implementation Checklist based on the unique challenges and goals of the project requirements, the Support Representative guarantees a successful implementation and ongoing maintenance support.

Installation and Commissioning
AMS provides on-site support during the installation and commissioning phase. We remain on-site until you are completely satisfied with the performance of your system.

Continuing Evaluation and Improvement
The AMS Support Representative is always available to you. This staff member represents our promise to you to provide the best service possible.
